Refund and Return Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

1. Refunds or Exchanges: We only offer refunds or exchanges (whichever is lowest) for items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from what was ordered. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 1 day of receipt if there are any issues.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

3. Color/Design Discrepancies: Due to variations in stock availability, the color or design of the product you receive may differ slightly from the product image. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on these discrepancies, unless specifically requested by the customer a particular color or design at the time of purchase.

4. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item based on your reasons and not because of it being damaged or other discrepancies, you must notify us within 1 day of receipt. To initiate the exchange process in such a case, you will be required to pay the full delivery charge for your location (Not the one we charge partially during your order placement) and any price difference between the products being exchanged if any.

5. Advance Payment: Any advance payment done through our website or our facebook and instagram pages through any of the following mentioned payment methods ( Esewa-Wallet, Khalti-Wallet, Bank Transfer, IPS Connect, Net Banking, Mobile Banking etc. ) is not subjected nor the company is liable to pay back the advance payment done by the customer during purchase if the parcel has already been dispatched by the company. The reason of cancellation in such cases are subjected to scrutiny and completely at the  discretion of the company. For the reasons not mentioned above and a request from the customer the refund might be initiated after thorough discussion and might carry a surcharge based on the delivery location to offset the companies losses as the cancellation after dispatch of parcel was completely from the customers end. 

  • The refund of the amount might be denied by the company if the customer is not willing to pay the full delivery cost beared by the company.
  • If the customer agrees to pay the surcharge ( i.e. Full Delivery Charge ) then the amount paid in advanced will be refunded back within 2-3 business days after deduction of the full delivery charge and not the partial delivery charge paid by customer during their order placement. 
  • If the package ordered by the customer reaches their destination and the cancellation process is initiated after that company holds the right to deduct upto 2x of the full delivery charges beared by the company for the destination and then refund back remaining amount within 2-3 business days.

Return Procedure:

1. To request a return, please contact our Customer Support Team within 1 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your request meets our return criteria.

4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or any other secure packaging, including any accessories that came along, our delivery partner will pick up the package and ship back to us.

5. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Note: Returns that do not meet our return criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
